We stayed here for my brother’s wedding weekend and loved absolutely everything about it! We had everything we needed and more, and every detail of the house was thought out to truly make the space more comfortable for guests. It is very close to downtown McMinnville with lots of cute restaurants and shops. I would definitely come back again when it’s warmer to take advantage of the kayaking that’s directly across the street. I cannot say enough great things about this house!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend while attending a wedding in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house is modern, clean, and stylish, just as described. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful surroundings with great river views, yet still close to downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay! Thank you!!

Summer was an excellent host & communicated proactively. This house could be a model home! Everything was exactly as described. All the interior fixtures & furnishings are basically brand new, and the house was absolutely spotless. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a GREAT river house. It has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, great linens, comfy beds. The property is gorgeous. We saw deer, fished off the dock, enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great, updated cabin. Layout of the cabin was very nice, plenty of community/family space, open concept which was great for our stay that included four younger kids and six adults. Kids loved playing out front and out back. Great back porch overlooking the water. Can walk right out the back door and down to the dock for some fishing. Would stay here again, for sure!

The Villa exceeded our expectations! Beautiful setting, quiet area, close to the river. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Towels were big and plentiful. The home was absolutely spotless and very well equipped.
We were in McMinnville for a wedding, so it was a busy weekend for us. My only regret was that we didn’t have MORE time to enjoy the Villa!!
The living room was so lovely in the morning, with comfortable seating on the sofa’s for all of us. We had some lovely “coffee chats” together and it was very homey!

Beautiful peace wrapped into a homey center. This property was incredible. Private fishing dock, lots of land to run around, campfires, and spacious and stocked kitchen! We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being out near the beautiful river along with proximity to waterfalls.

A Dream Stay for a Dream Weekend!
This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The home was immaculate—beautifully kept, cozy, and perfect for my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of all the excitement.
Summer was an incredible host—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience.

Summer was a great host. My family and I came to McMinnville for a wedding this past weekend and I was very pleased when I booked this home for our stay. I was even more pleased when it exceeded my expectations when I got here. It’s a beautiful home with a relaxing hot tub, huge bedrooms and bathrooms and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 infants. The restaraunt/bar across the street has a Cajun cod fish sandwich to die for. I hope to re book here sometime and venture out into the caverns and maybe do some kayaking. But this is also a great place to come visit if you’re looking to go somewhere quiet and relaxing.
Summer was always responsive to my messages and was able to help with any concerns I had if any. 10/10 host. 10/10 house.

This cabin was beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. It had more than plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved the dock and being able to put out kayaks in there. We also used the grill, which was scrubbed and cleaned for use when we arrived! The kitchen is fully stocked, and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. If you want a relaxing, laid back retreat, this is the perfect place for that.
