Summer was a great host. My family and I came to McMinnville for a wedding this past weekend and I was very pleased when I booked this home for our stay. I was even more pleased when it exceeded my expectations when I got here. It’s a beautiful home with a relaxing hot tub, huge bedrooms and bathrooms and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 infants. The restaraunt/bar across the street has a Cajun cod fish sandwich to die for. I hope to re book here sometime and venture out into the caverns and maybe do some kayaking. But this is also a great place to come visit if you’re looking to go somewhere quiet and relaxing.
Summer was always responsive to my messages and was able to help with any concerns I had if any. 10/10 host. 10/10 house.

We appreciated the comfortable accommodations. We didn’t get to the house until about 10pm, but found a nice comfortable bed, good AC, great water pressure, and quiet. I wish we could have been here longer.
For only two people it was more than ample space, but it was what was available near where we wanted to be. Much better for larger groups of six or more.
We could easily walk to downtown, although there are no sidewalks up the winding road to downtown, but once you pass that little S turn, vehicles can see you in the daytime.
Next time, we will cross the street and get a kayak for the river and eat a meal at the Smooth Rapids.

This cabin was beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. It had more than plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved the dock and being able to put out kayaks in there. We also used the grill, which was scrubbed and cleaned for use when we arrived! The kitchen is fully stocked, and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. If you want a relaxing, laid back retreat, this is the perfect place for that.

We had an amazing stay at the Cabin! We went with our small children (2yo and 4yo) and my parents - everyone loved it! The house is as pictured, very comfortable and clean, and the grounds are beautiful. We spent half our time at the beach/swimming area in Rock Island State Park and the other half jumping off the dock at the Cabin. Swimming in the river at the cabin was so nice and easy - bring some floaties and relax! There aren't many boats on the river (and we were there over 4th of July weekend), and any that did pass by were very polite and slowed down while passing by. And if you're into it, the bird watching is very impressive at the cabin. Summer is also incredibly responsive and helpful. I had to reach out to her for a few very tiny things and she was happy to help. We will definitely be back!

This is THE place to be. It’s very close to local scenery and it’s perfect for a large group of friends. The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are far enough apart. We will definitely coming back! Everything in this house works well, nothing is broken and all the instructions we needed were clearly stated. It’s perfect! Definitely stay here if you can. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, THIS is your sign to go ahead and do it!

Summer was a great host and we all had a fantastic time! The cabin was great for our friends trip with plenty of room for 3 couples. The boardwalk down to the dock was absolutely magical at night with all the fireflies and frogs! It was a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and they even provided charcoal for the BBQ and fuel for the tiki torches. We had a great time fishing off the dock and hanging out on the back porch. Great place and we'd happily book again!

This was an awesome place to stay. We booked the trip to spend time at rock island state park, but found that we preferred to hang out here instead! We plan on coming back.

This is our second year staying here. There were some nice updates this year! We love being right on the river. You can fish right off the amazing dock! It’s peaceful, and a fun getaway. It’s also probably one of the most stocked airbnbs I’ve ever been to.
